Welcome to Otto, a reverse phone lookup service operated by Woodlawn Collective LLC ("Otto," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

⚠️ Important: SMS Service Terms & Consent

By subscribing to and using Otto's SMS service, you expressly consent to receive automated text message responses at the phone number you provide when you text inquiries to 1-844-321-OTTO (1-844-321-6886).

You understand and agree that:

  • You will receive SMS responses containing caller identification information for each phone number you text to Otto
  • Message frequency varies based on your usage and the number of lookups you perform
  • Message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services
  • You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP to 1-844-321-OTTO
  • You may text HELP to 1-844-321-OTTO for customer support
  • Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers

1. Service Description

Otto provides reverse phone lookup services via SMS. You text a phone number to our service number (1-844-321-OTTO), and we respond with available caller identification information, including but not limited to:

  • Caller name and business affiliation
  • Phone line type (mobile, landline, VOIP)
  • Carrier information
  • Spam or scam warnings when applicable

2. Subscription & Payment

2.1 Subscription Plans

Otto offers subscription-based access to our service at $2.99 per month. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

2.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

2.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Otto only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service to harass, stalk, or threaten any individual
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
  • Use automated systems or bots to query our service
  • Resell or redistribute information obtained from Otto
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

4. Data Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate information, Otto cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of caller identification data. Information is aggregated from multiple public and proprietary databases, which may contain errors or outdated information.

Otto is not liable for decisions made based on information provided by our service.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Otto at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Otto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodlawn Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Otto.

9. SMS Program Terms

9.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on your usage. Each phone number you text to Otto will generate one response message.

9.2 Opting Out

Text STOP to 1-844-321-OTTO to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Otto unless you re-subscribe.

9.4 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Otto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
